In order to maintain lasting development, the enterprise should create the feasibleincentive mechanism, and the backbone staff incentive mechanism is the key. Thispaper takes the backbone staff incentive mechanism of radio and television hotel asthe research subject. I hope this research could offer some help to the establishment ofthe backbone staff incentive mechanism of the radio and television hotel.Firstly, on the basis of pointing out the research background and the significance,the paper briefly states the related researching status at home and abroad, presents theresearching contents and methods, the related theory and knowledge of incentive andincentive mechanism, and provides the theory basis for the study of below.Secondly, through the investigation of factors which influence the backbone staffincentive, to confirm the factors influence the backbone staff incentive. And thenanalyze the status of backbone staff incentive mechanism of the radio and televisionhotel, find out the problems, and analyze the causes of the problem to facilitate thelater research.Thirdly, analyze the causes of the problem, work out the guiding ideology, thegeneral idea and the goal. Integrate the actual situation with the development requestof the hotel, working out the design of backbone staff incentive mechanism targetedand hierarchically.Finally, in order to ensure the implementation is scientific, conscientious, thepaper formulate the implementation process in detail, and analyzes the solution in theimplementation process will exist and then in view of the problems, made the detailedmeasures.The features of the paper is, investigate the factors affect the backbone staffincentive mechanism, survey the actual factors, combine with the theory and the statusof the hotel, carry out the design of the backbone staff incentive mechanism, toanalyze and discuss. Pay attention to the combination of theory with practice, tohighlight the practice guidance and operability of building design. The research results of this paper will enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of the radio andtelevision hotel and will speed up self development of the hotel. There aresignificances, especially in the backbone staff incentive mechanism show someinnovation and new ideas.
