A successful incentive can cultivate the employee’s work enthusiasm and work enthusiasm, can improve employee satisfaction to the enterprise, enhance employees’ sense of belonging to the enterprise, forms the enterprise cohesion. Performance appraisal system is the most direct embodiment of enterprise incentive mechanism, an effective incentive mechanism, can let employees work condition of the different change, invalid incentive mechanism can let employees work becomes negative, even affect other enterprise staffs working condition. The working state of the staff from negative to positive, it is necessary to enterprise managers in combination with the practical situation of enterprises to formulate a set of suitable for their own performance evaluation mechanism, and establish a sound system of other cooperate performance evaluation mechanism, to better play to the enterprise incentive mechanism, let employees use the best working condition for enterprise services.In this paper, after reading related staff incentive mechanism on the basis of the literature, combined with the understanding of the existing enterprise incentive mechanism, the staffs working state are classified, and combined with the enterprise Beijing Kay technology co., LTD and Wuhan network technology co., LTD. Employees work state take performance appraisal mechanism results were summarized, a more comprehensive illustrates the employee working condition and incentive mechanism, the relationship between sustainable development and put forward the enterprise must strengthen to stimulate employees the ability to work and work enthusiasm, the necessity of the implementation of the relevant incentive policy. In order to establish the content of incentive mechanism, let employees participate in the enterprise performance appraisal management, accomplish fair, objective and accurate evaluation of employees, and set a good example, achieve the rewards and punishment distinct to fully arouse the enthusiasm of the employees’work. Performing the assessment results to be announced, and strengthen the communication between managers and employees to help staff training professional vision and provide business opportunities, avoid outflow of good staff, set up enterprise culture. Hope that through this incentive mechanism establishment and strategy, in order to help enterprise managers how to set out actually from the enterprise’s own performance appraisal system for enterprises, so as to change employees’ work status, in order to improve the enterprise market competitiveness.
