Material handling is a key to improving the rate of producting logistics. Handling activity constantly emerges and repeatedly marches. Its frequency of emergence is higher than other logistics activity and it costs a lot of time and consume their labor to transport. Therefore, handling is the key to determining the logistics and one of the important factors that affect the relative superiority or inferiority about the cost of logistics. It is important and effective for improving handling system and rationalization degree of transportation operation to revolve and develop the function of warehouse and logistics system, increase the speed of logistics, decrease the occupation and usage of active capital and logistics cost, enhance the service,and so on. By systematic arrangement and design. SLP theory makes the ready arrangement and design of operator factory perfect, and analyses the goods handling system; SHA theory analyses the ready goods handling system of MOUNDGROUPMACHINERY MANUFACTURING CO.,LTD. The research develop a reasonable transportation system, and finally using the genetic algorithm to handling system is verified, the results show that after the application of the theory of SLP and the theory of SHA can significantly improve the efficiency of the research object of material handling. |
