Study On The Risk Management Of The Agricultural Product Supply Chain In China

In recent years, due to the three agriculture-related issues and food safety problems have been attracting much attention in our country, the importance of agricultural product supply chain is increasingly evident, the risk of agricultural product supply chain has become a bottleneck which restricting the development of the agricultural economy. Effective risk management of the agricultural product supply chain has a significant meaning to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of agriculture and promote the construction of market mechanism.Firstly, this article at the perspective of supply chain's risk, starts from the characteristics and operation models of supply chain, analyzes the risk management of the agricultural product supply chain. Secondly, through collecting and researching relevant literature, summarizes the risk of agricultural product supply chain into 7 categories, namely: environmental risk, political risk,demand risk, supply risk, cooperation risk, logistics risk, information risk,defined them as first class indexes and then selected 20 high frequency risk factors associated with first class indexes as second class indexes. Thus,a set of risk evaluation index system for agricultural product supply chain was established, including 7 first class indexes and 20 second class indexes. Again,introduces the basic principles of BP neural network and its advantages for risk evaluation of agricultural supply chain, and then uses BP neural network to establish risk assessment model of agricultural product supply chain, and applies the MATLAB simulation training, the model proved that it has good predictive availability in risk evaluation. Finally, based on the status quo of agricultural product supply chain in our country, put forward four proposals:perfect the market system construction, develop third party logistics, accelerate the construction for informational management system of agricultural productsupply chain, develop the logistics system of agricultural product supply chain.This paper aims to identify, evaluate and cope with the risk of agricultural product supply chain, then to reduce the risk and improve its ability to resist risks,thus, improving the construction of agricultural product supply chain.
