Research On Performance Evaluation Of Low-carbon Technology Innovation Of Geely Motor

The new idea of development which contains the innovation, coordination, green, openness and sharing has been proposed in thirteenth five year plan,which pointed out that support on green cleaning production, promote the transformation of traditional manufacturing industry and the development on establishing the green and low-carbon cycle development industry system. The innovation drive and green development was regarded as the basic policies and proposed in “The manufacturing in China 2025”. It will promote the breakthrough development in some major areas such as the saving energy and new energy automobile. Owing to the promoting policy and the grim situation on global climate change in recent years, the innovation on the low-carbon technology and the energy saving type automobile has nearly been considered as the necessary requirement in the market for automotive enterprises. The one who get the low-carbon technology and thinking patterns firstly will seize the initiative. Therefore, it is necessary for automotive enterprises to performance evaluation on low-carbon technology innovation.This article through to analyze the present situation of the Geely Motor low carbon technology innovation and its internal and external affecting factors of performance, build up suitable performance evaluation system of low carbon technology innovation of Geely Motor based on the input and output of low carbon technology innovation, sustainable development and the social responsibility Angle, filled the blank of performance evaluation system of low carbon technology innovation of Geely Motor. Using two models of data envelopment method evaluate and analyze calendar year low carbon technology innovation performance of Geely Motor, respectively. The invalid date in the results of DEA coincided with the big events date in the development process of Geely Motor, that shows in this paper to construct the evaluation system is reasonable and suitable for Geely Motor's performance evaluation of low carbon technology innovation. Finally on the basis of the evaluation and analysis, put forward advice of improving Geely Motor's performance of low carbon technology innovation including strengthening the low carbon technology innovation R&D funds of Geely Motor and investment in low carbon technology innovation talent, adhering to the market-oriented low-carbon technology innovation, continuing to encourage Geely Motor independent innovation and building good innovation atmosphere of Geely Motor and speeding up the internationalization of Geely Motor. And provide some reference and enlightenment on the sustainable development, social responsibility and optimization decision-making of low carbon technology innovation resources allocation in the multiple demands of technological innovation for Geely Motor in future.
