Research On Impacts Of Knowledge Innovation On Low-carbon Technology Innovation Performance Of Manufacturing Enterprises

As the cell of the national economy,manufacturing enterprises is the main body of the realization of "Low Carbon Economy" development model,and the level of technological innovation in low carbon is the key to realize the "low-carbon economy" development model.However,the overall low carbon technology innovation performance of manufacturing enterprise in our country is relative low,how to improve the performance of the low carbon technology innovation has become an important issue.In the era of "Knowledge Economy",knowledge has become the most valuable resource,and developing knowledge innovation activities actively has both become the important source to gain competitiveness and the major way to promote low-carbon technology innovation performance of manufacturing enterprises.Therefore,the thesis takes the knowledge innovation and low carbon technology innovation performance of manufacturing enterprise as the research object,studies the impacts of knowledge innovation on the performance of low-carbon technology innovation of manufacturing enterprises.At the same time,the thesis puts forward the corresponding strategies,which will promote knowledge innovation on the improvement of the performance of low-carbon technology innovation of manufacturing enterprise.From two aspects of theory and empirical research,the thesis studies the impacts of knowledge innovation on low-carbon technology innovation performance of manufacturing enterprises.First of all,the thesis deeply analyzes the knowledge innovation and the performance of the low carbon technology innovation of manufacturing enterprise in theory,analyzing the relevant concepts,the characteristics,the significance of knowledge innovation and the problem of low-carbon technology innovation of manufacturing enterprise,and analyzing the constituent factors of them.Secondly,on the basis of the related theory,the study respectively analyzes the impacts of five factors of the knowledge innovation on low carbon technology innovation performance and its three components of manufacturing enterprises.Thus establish model hypothesis,establish concept model of impact of knowledge innovation on low carbon technology innovation performance of manufacturing enterprises.Thirdly,establishing comprehensive measuring index system,and using Cronbach's Alpha coefficient method and the second-order confirmatory factor analysis to reliability and validity of the measuring index system scale.On this basis,the confirmatory factor score method was applied to calculate the knowledge innovation and its low carbon technology innovation performance and the factor score of each dimension of manufacturing enterprise,and as a intermediate,through OLS linear regression analysis,to empirical research on impacts of knowledge innovation on low carbon technology innovation performance of manufacturing enterprises,and summarizes the result of the empirical analysis.Finally,on the basis of theory and empirical research,in combination with the characteristics and significance of knowledge innovation of manufacturing enterprises,as well as the characteristic of low carbon technology innovation and the problems that exist in low carbon technology innovation,take the improvement the three aspects of performance of low carbon technology innovation of manufacturing enterprises as the goal,the thesis puts forward countermeasures that how to promote knowledge innovation on the improvement of performance of low carbon technology innovation of the manufacturing enterprise.
