With the increasingly serious environmental pollution and climate degradation,low-carbon development has become a global hot issue.Coal companies,as large emitters of greenhouse gases,have made tremendous contributions to the country's economic construction,but they also have problems that need to be addressed,such as “high-quality”,“high-ranking”,and “inefficient”,and enterprises cannot be limited to Concerned about its own interests,it should also fulfill its environmental responsibility and social responsibilities.At present,the low carbon development model with “energy saving and emission reduction” as its core has become an important way for coal companies to achieve transformation.The implementation of a practical and low-carbon performance appraisal for coal companies is the key to identifying the factors affecting their low-carbon development,and it is also an important way to improve low-carbon performance.It can provide theoretical support for understanding the status and current problems of coal enterprises' transformation and upgrading.And realistic basis.This paper takes coal companies as research subjects and low-carbon performance appraisals as research issues.Based on the current status and problems of current low-carbon development and evaluation of coal enterprises,this paper constructs a low-carbon performance appraisal index system for coal companies from four aspects of resource extraction.The entropy weight TOPSIS method is used to determine the evaluation value,and the grey correlation method is used to determine the key factors affecting low-carbon performance.Finally,suggestions for improvement are proposed.The main contents are as follows:(1)Analyze the status and problems of low-carbon development and low-carbon performance evaluation of coal enterprises in China,and explain the necessity of constructing low-carbon performance evaluation system for coal enterprises in the perspective of transition.(2)Based on the status quo and issues,according to the principle of index system construction,16 indicators were selected from the four aspects of resource extraction,comprehensive utilization,environmental protection,and low-carbon potential to construct a low-carbon performance evaluation index system for coal companies,and use of entropy The method objectively empowers each indicator.The TOPSIS method determines the evaluation value.Finally,the grey correlation analysis is used to identify the key factors affecting the low-carbon performance of the coal enterprise.(3)Take China Shenhua as an example for empirical analysis,select the data for 2012-2016,evaluate the company's low-carbon performance,and determine its key influencing factors.(4)Based on the evaluation results,put forward suggestions and measures for low-carbon development of coal enterprises in China.The study found that:(1)At present,China's coal companies have problems affecting the low-carbon development of the enterprise,such as the impact on the environment in the mining and processing of coal products,and there are evaluation indicators in the evaluation of low-carbon performance of coal companies.There are two major problems: weak system traits and subjectiveness of evaluation methods.(2)According to Shenhua Group's empirical analysis,the evaluation value of Shenhua Group's low-carbon performance basically showed an upward trend from 2012 to 2016,and the growth rate was rapid from 15 to 16 years.This evaluation result is consistent with the actual situation of China Shenhua in recent years,and has verified the effectiveness of the evaluation system.The four indicators such as comprehensive utilization ratio of coal gangue have a great influence on Shenhua's low-carbon performance and should focus on improvement.The possible innovations in this paper are as follows:(1)From the perspective of transition,the selected evaluation indicators are more dynamic and the evaluation results are closer to reality.The resulting countermeasures and suggestions are more scientific.(2)Based on the dimensions of the internal production process and external factors,the index system was constructed to avoid problems such as complex levels of evaluation indicators and poor pertinence.(3)Most of the previous coal companies' performance research adopts subjective empowerment method.In this paper,the new entropy weighting method has been used in recent years to objectively assign weights,which is combined with the TOPSIS evaluation method to ensure that the evaluation results are more consistent with the actual situation.
