Research On Innovation Ecosystem Development Mode And Mechanism Of BYD New Energy Vehicle

Along with the economic globalization, the traditional auto industry developing rapidly, at the same time led to the resource consumption and environmental pollution problems. Therefore, the development of new energy vehicle become the key of energy conservation and environmental control, more become a safeguard national energy security and promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure strategic focus. Complex and competitive technology innovation environment makes the pressure of new energy vehicle industry development in our country. As the national independent brand in domestic, BYD is the pioneer in new energy vehicle industry development, strong technology innovation strength makes it to the new energy vehicle sales of domestic first in 2015. However, BYD should be design a set of scientific and rational strategic development models and development mechanism according to their own law of development to consolidate its dominant position in the field. Along with national policies of new energy vehicle in 2014, BYD should seize the opportunity to achieve its own development, build innovation ecosystem to sustainable competitive advantage, it is important to have the practical significance at the same time.Based on domestic and foreign scholars in recent years on the new energy vehicle innovation management, innovation ecosystem theory and empirical studies on the basis of comprehensive analysis and comments on the new energy vehicle scientifically, the composition and characteristics of innovation ecosystem of BYD new energy vehicle are put forward, development process and statrus of the innovation ecosystem are summarized and analyzed, and then the necessity of sustainable development of innovation ecosystem of BYD new energy vehicle is investigated. Based on BYD new energy vehicle original research on the laws of the historical development, this paper summarizes the development of niche and platform transition model, designs and puts forward the comprehensive development mode, and its future development model is the science building; And the development mechanism of comprehensive development pattern mainly from the partners dynamically selected, collaborative innovation, interest coordination, risk identification and control of four dimensions to building; Based on BYD's new energy automobile development, combined with the niche related theory, from the two input factors which include innovation capital factor and energy factor, one innovation market factors output, innovation ecological system efficiency evaluation model was constructed, and using the limit factor model to deal with the evaluation results. In this paper, empirical research on BYD new energy vehicle, combining the theory of innovation ecosystem for BYD new energy vehicle development and new energy vehicle industry development in our country to provide decisionmaking reference and theoretical support.
