| In recent years,the trend of economic globalization and regional integration has made the construction of regional innovation ecosystem become an important strategic choice for countries and regions to achieve sustained and healthy economic development.Recognizing what factors have affected the development of regional innovation ecosystems and understanding the strengths and weaknesses of regional innovation activities,it has become the key to improving regional innovation capacity.Based on the analysis of previous studies on regional innovation ecosystems,this paper studies the shortcomings of existing research,mainly on the following aspects:(1)Combine the basic theory of regional innovation ecosystem,summarize the contents of current regional innovation ecosystem evaluation,and summarize the existing research and evaluation methods.This paper introduces the general model of niche suitability evaluation method,summarizes the research status of the evaluation of niche suitability of regional innovation ecosystem,and reviews the shortcomings of the current research.(2)Describe the Grey Relational Analysis,explain its principle,scope and advantage,and sort out the concrete steps of comprehensive evaluation using gray relational analysis method.This paper summarizes the methods of evaluation indexes and introduces the comprehensive weighting method based on expert judgment and entropy method.(3)Describe the elements of regional innovation ecosystem,analyze the functions and advantages of innovation entities,and innovate the complex environment to provide the necessary resources and conditions for innovative activities.Based on the elements and operation of regional innovation ecosystem The spatial structure model of regional innovation ecosystem is established.(4)This paper breaks down the traditional way of innovating the ecosystem according to the innovation and innovation environment,and connects the innovation subject and the innovation environment through the material flow,the energy flow and the information flow,and construct the regional innovation ecological innovation niche according to the system operation mode Suitability Evaluation Index System.(5)Based on the grey relational analysis,the evaluation model of niche suitability of regional innovation ecosystem is constructed,and the evaluation model of existing niche suitability is improved by comprehensive evaluation method based on expert evaluation method and entropy method.This paper makes a evaluation of the innovation niche suitability of 30 provinces and cities from 2013 to 2015,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of each province in constructing regional innovation ecosystem.The results show that:(1)The comprehensive niche suitability of 30 provinces and cities in China is evaluated synthetically.The clustering analysis is used to classify the provinces and cities,and the results are as follows:Jiangsu and Beijing have the highest niche suitability.Guangdong is the second level.Followed by Zhejiang,Shandong in the third level;Shanghai in the fourth level;and the rest of the provinces and cities of the niche of poor adaptability,living in the fifth level.(2)2013-2015,the provinces and cities in the regional innovation niche suitability ranking is relatively stable.Ranking the largest increase in Jiangxi,from the first 20 rose to 17;Shaanxi,Anhui,Guangxi,Qinghai provinces were ranked 2,more prominent.Ranking the largest decline in Jilin,its comprehensive ranking dropped from 18th to 24th place;In addition,Liaoning,Heilongjiang,Hainan comprehensive rankings were down 2.This paper introduces the theory and method of ecology,connects the innovation subject and the innovation environment of the regional innovation ecosystem closely,constructs the structural model of the regional innovation ecosystem and constructs a set of niche suitability evaluation index system.Through the comprehensive weighting method based on expert evaluation method and entropy method,the existing niche suitability evaluation model is improved,and the weight of each evaluation index in the evaluation index system is more scientific and realistic.In addition,this paper uses the gray relational model to quantitatively evaluate the current situation of the niche suitability of each region,so that the decision makers can clearly and comprehensively understand the specific situation of regional innovation in China. |
