Human resources promotion plan is an important human resources management technology, it is good or bad influence to individual and collective organizations. For individuals, a good Human resources promotion plan can enhance staff's service ability, and help them to grasp the work environment and control ability to the plight of work. It also helps staff to make arduous efforts, and help them to better achieve goals and personal values. For organization, Human resources promotion system can help organizations to understand staff, such as their requirement and target, on the basis of staff's actuality the organization can take measures to enable an organization to more accurate and reasonable use of human resources. And it can coordinate all kinds of factors to make the organization develop. At the same time, it also can provide more employment opportunities and better promotion platform. It is a great significance to promote the enterprise sustainable development.The purpose of this study lies in combining XB machinery co., LTD through the study on the promotion of human resources multi-channel research. According to the present status of the employees, the promotion of the human resources staff multi-channel method used in XB machinery co., LTD and real change XB machinery co., LTD which did not attach enough importance to Human resources promotion present situation. By the analysis of the characteristics of different employees and their work, the research puts forward a new way for the planning of human resource promotion in XB Machinery Co., Ltd., and provides guidance and reference for improving the human resource promotion of the company.This research learn from a mature research results and based on the human resources related theory and combined XB machinery co., LTD and using literature analysis, empirical analysis, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to arrange. First of all, it analyzed Human resources promotion present situation and existing problems in-depth from the actual situation of XB machinery co., LTD. Then the promotion system is designed on the three kinds of staff in the enterprise, namely, the management staff, technical staff and skilled staff. Finally, it puts forward the guarantee implementation to ensure the system path by combining with the three categories of personnel system of human resource promotion.
