| In the background of the new urbanization and the pushing migrant workers’ citizenship,the push-pull effect of market-lead ing would lead to more rural migrant workers coming in cities and towns.At the present,migrant workers is still in a weak p osition in various aspects,mainly engaged in the low level of work,and even they are discriminated by local citizens.As a result,for a long time it not only affects the mental health of m igrant workers,but also affects the social integration of migran t workers,impeding the process of urbanization and the harmo nious development of society.This article describes and analysi s the mental integration status through exploring the factors th at influence the mental integration,and then puts forward som e policy suggestions to promote mental integration of the migr ant workers.Although there are many researches about social i ntegration,the number of mental integration researches is few,and those researches based on social gender perspective are even less.This article based on the 2014 survey data about the survival and development of rural floating population,from the perspective of social gender,mainly explores the influence of mental integration mechanism from the perspective of human c apital and social capital.And it provides a new perspective and research methods to the research of peasant workers’ mental integration.This paper uses the cross table to analysis the status of human capital and social capital in the view of social gender perspective.The study found that:(1)the social gender consciousness exists significant differences in human capital.The human capital is abundant if the male is decision-oriented or decision service-oriented,the female is service-oriented or decision service-oriented,in addition to the male have less working time in decision-oriented.Gender behavior only exists significant differences in terms of working time.In a working time of more than10 years,the decision-oriented of the men and a service-oriented of the women account for the largest amount;Service-oriented men and women have good health and high cultural degree,the number of decision-oriented of the men and service-oriented of the women in training proportion is the largest.(2)Social gender consciousness shows significant differences in the two aspects of social capital,the person who asks someone for help in finding a job and whether they join in the Party.The social capital is abundant if the men is decision-oriented or decision service-oriented,while the female is service-oriented or decision service-oriented;the person who wants to take part in community organizations and relatives has governmental agents accounted for the largest is the decision-oriented women.Gender behavior exists significant differences in social capital.The same as gender consciousness is to participate in community organizations and caucus,with its difference in service-oriented men having the largest proportion in asking public officials for help in finding jobs and relatives who have governmental agents.By using OLS and multivariate Logistic regression model,this article analyzes human capital,social capital and interactive items which have great impact on mental integration.Study found that:(1)In male migrant workers,the more human capital,the less of social distance,the better of organizational justice,but their mental belonging to cities is good,making them also think of themselves as farmers;the more social capital the less of social distance,the better of organizational justice,making them think of themselves farmers.Different types of institutional capital have different influence on organizational justice and non-agricultural identity;Social gender consciousness and behavior are decided by service-oriented people whose social distance is smaller,thinking of oneself as non-agricultural identity.And the decision-oriented migrant workers have the bad cities belonging and organizational justice.But participating in community organizations plays an obvious role in promoting the interactive items.(2)The influence of human capital and social capital on the female migrant workers is the same as the male ones,in addition that the social capital has no effect on non-agricultural identity;Gender behavior is decision-oriented or decision service-oriented migrant worker disagree with their non-agricultural identity and have the bad cities belonging,the interaction of human capital have different direction influence on social distance,while the interaction of social capital has no effect.Gender Consciousness and behavior has a big difference,also participated in the training,but have the opposite influence on organizational justice.According to the results of the empirical research,this article puts forward two policy suggestions to improve the rural migrant workers in mental integration from the view of human capital and social capital: one is to promote the health level of rural migrant workers and to perfect the skill training system;the other is to build a public communication platform between rural migrant workers and citizens,creating a good public opinion environment. |
