From The Perspective Of Social Capital Return Migrant Workers Problem Research

Migrant workers labor entrepreneurship is the inevitable result of economic development, and the implementation of urban and rural development strategy highlighted the new phenomenon. Especially in the global financial crisis broke out, how to protect migrant workers correctly, active, efficient entrepreneurial, not only conducive to the transfer of rural surplus labor, stimulative farmer is added close, is favorable for speeding up economic development, promoting urban and rural co-ordination, advance construction of socialistic new rural area and the construction of the harmonious society. At present, although the government has introduced the relevant policies and advice, support and encourage migrant workers to start their own business, but the return of migrant workers in the process of entrepreneurship is still facing many problems and difficulties, such as:migrant workers social capital shortage of migrant workers, the concept is relatively conservative, lack of policy support, the entrepreneurial environment and poor social attention, etc..The study from the city of Zhengzhou migrant workers return home poineering state, as well as their home business process encountered in the actual problems, from migrant workers’quality, environment and government and other aspects, and on the basis of investigation, in the view of social capital theory to think, to resolve the impact of migrant workers a variety of factors as well as migrant workers, the relation between the government and the society. The author finally put forward to explore a set by the government to guide, social organizations vigorously involved in programs to help migrant workers social capital system for migrant workers, business to provide new development outlet. The author also hope that through this study, to make up for the current in the perspective of social capital on the return of migrant workers problem research is insufficient, cause the attention of social all circles and for possible future social policy to provide a reference and draw lessons from.
