In this paper, through the reform of the household registration system, expanding employment, to further strengthen the vocational skills training, accelerate the improvement of the social security system of migrant workers and the interests of security, housing security to speed up solving the problem, focus on addressing the problem of migrant children education, improve public service system and community acceptance as a platform to broaden the city level, to jointly promote the integration of migrant workers in the city.This article may innovations:first, from the study of existing urban integration of migrant workers factors point of view, concern for migrant workers housing, children's education, and protect the interests of three types of factors still not wide enough, and has been associated mostly based on qualitative research perspective certainly influence of these three factors on the urban integration of migrant workers, and this paper based on a quantitative perspective, considering the income level of migrant workers, human capital, social capital and other variables based on the measure of housing migrant workers, children's education, and protect the interests of its role in the integration of the city, in the research perspective to achieve a certain innovation. Secondly, the paper estimates the parameters of migrant workers to integrate into the city influencing factors in the use of order probit methods, not only to control the individual characteristic variables of migrant workers, but also included housing, rights protection, children's education and social capital variables as much as possible to avoid endogeneity problem caused by omitted variables, to ensure a consistent estimation parameters.
