Entering the new century, global economy is becoming increasingly competitive, the survival of the business environment is becoming more and more serious. How to make enterprises remain invincible in the competition, attracting talent in the industry, is the top priority. The salary management is one of the important means to attract and retain talent. Increasingly developed in the market economy situation, the salary management and enterprise development are closely linked, is the salary management directly affects the enterprise future development prospect.SKY Company is the industry leading enterprises, in recent years the development situation of industry market better. Due to business development needs, need to attract and retain senior industry backbone employees for the company. But it cannot do without compensation management. This paper starts from the basic theory of salary, theoretically summarized the relevant concepts, to pay compensation system. On this basis, the current operating conditions of SKY Company, human resource situation and current compensation scheme is introduced, emphatically analyzes the existing problems of SKY Company compensation scheme, the necessity and feasibility of the compensation reform and redesign.According to the actual problems existing in salary management of SKY Company, the new design scheme is proposed from the salary structure, job evaluation, performance assessment etc., to further improve the remuneration of management of SKY Company, designed the new compensation program of SKY Company, and proposes the measures to the redesign of compensation scheme.
