The real estate market has undergone a process of vigorous development with the reform and development of China's economic field.Real estate industry change with each passing day,from small to large,from extensive to lean operation.Real estate industry has becoming the pillar of the national economy and Industry gradually.China,s real estate industry started later than developed countries,but accelerated development of real estate industry has become a truth with comprehensive reform in the economic field of China.In recent years,strengthen the research on market positioning of real estate development projects seems particularly important as continuous improvement of real estate industry,increasing consumer demand.The research based on the current state of real estate industry in our country,the state of the art of researches at home and abroad and the experience of developed countries,take the project of JL of CR—land in Shenyang as an example,focus on three key issues of real estate market positioning:Background elements of market positioning,market positioning analysis based on SWOT method,strategies and application patterns to be followed.This research generally analysis the market position of the project JL with the background of current situation of real estate in China,national regulatory policy,land supply of real estate in Shenyang.lt makes the data base of the market position analysis of the project JL.This research comparison and analysis three theories of market positioning analysis of real estate project,after that we choose the SWOT method to analysis market positioning of the project JL and get the result of the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,threats.This research also points out various problems and influencing factors in the process of market positioning analysis of project JL.This research analysis basic strategies to be followed of market positioning analysis of real estate project according to the analysis results.lt includes strategic orientation of enterprises,Product positioning strategy,brand positioning strategy.This research also study the application model and its construction method of market positioning analysis.
