Chemical reagent is the basis of analyzing the test, the experiment used material. The overall scale of chemical reagent industry is not large, low barriers to entry. But it is widely used in pharmaceutical, biological, chemical, education, monitoring, environmental protection and other fields. S chemical company is has certain well-knownness in the northeast of chemical reagents, glass equipment professional company, the company sales by 20% year on year growth has risen steadily in recent years, but since 2012, S chemical company is faced with hitherto unknown sense of urgency and crisis, as one of the company's managers, to determine the enterprise competition strategy is imperative.This paper is divided into seven chapters, the first chapter is an introduction, introduces the thesis research background, purpose and significance, and puts forward the research ideas and contents, as well as the research methods and framework. The second chapter is the related theory, mainly to the enterprise strategic management theory and competitive strategy in detail. The third chapter is S profile and reagent chemicals company, simply introduces the general situation of the enterprise S chemical company, and the overall situation and development trend of the chemical reagent industry. The fourth chapter is S chemical company competitive environment analysis, by using SWOT analysis of the enterprise competition environment analysis, and the external environment and internal conditions of enterprises to do the PEST analysis. The fifth chapter is S chemical company competition strategy choice, including the company's overall development strategy and main competitor analysis, and five forces analysis tool to determine the company competition strategy choice is a focus strategy and differentiation strategy. The sixth chapter is S chemical company strategy implementation and control, including five strategic implementation measures, and to ensure reasonable strategy of strategy implementation of effective control. The seventh chapter is the conclusion, through the above research and analysis, summed up a stage the most suitable chemical company S strategic development train of thought, so that in the increasingly fierce market competition in a leading position.By analyzing the external environment of enterprises, internal conditions, industry changes,combined with the theory knowledge, and analyzing the specific issues for S chemicals company,to find out the current strategic positioning and long-term strategic goals. Put forward the corresponding competition strategic choice and implementation plan. Because of the particularity of reagent industry,refererce material is less.I hope this paper can offer reference for the company, not only can reagent industry other enterprise.
