Research On The Model Of Centralized Procurement Management Based On B2B E-Commerce Platform In Industrial Field

With the rapid development of internet technology and the pace of the economic globalization speeding up,traditional industry is facing a transformation with more IT technology involved through forms such as e-commerce.B2 B e-commerce as one kind of modes,is one of the most influential with vase areas to be exploited.Shifting procurement procedures to e-commerce platform will be a preferred choice for enterprises to be involved in the e-commerce business.However,some large collectivized enterprises adapt their supply chain system slowly.They get use to the traditional centralized purchasing mode in their procurement activities.Centralized purchasing model bring certain benefits,but in the actual application process has exposed many problems and defects.The thesis aims to investigate some shortcomings of the traditional procurement mode,analyzes the current situation of centralized procurement mode on new B2 B e-commerce platform or in supply chain respectively.Then we point out the existed problems in the centralized purchasing of supply chain model,and propose an introduction of B2 B e-commerce platform and its integration and coordination with the traditional centralized purchasing mode.This thesis takes the centralized procurement model of supply chain based on B2 B e-commerce platform as the research subject,particularly,including main basis of centralized procurement,supply chain related model theory and method.We study the above issue from both theoretical and practical aspects of B2 B e-commerce platform after its implementation on the centralized purchasing of supply chain model.Through the CPFR model,SCOR model and B2 B e-commerce platform combined with industry,which called VOCOOR.COM as an example,the thesis introduces a new type of procurement management mode based on B2 B e-commerce platform,and explains its advantages compared with the traditional procurement model.
