In recent years,with the accelerating pace of global economic integration,human society is entering a new era: the era of knowledge economy.In such a social context,talents,as the carrier of knowledge,have evolved into the core motive force of social development.For businesses,talent is the key factor to victory in the fierce market competition.Business managers should pay attention to the construction of human resources management,enhance the understanding of employee satisfaction through employee satisfaction survey,and regard staff's attitude toward the enterprise and work as an important measure of daily management.Targeted to meet the needs of employees,in order to motivate staff enthusiasm,improve employee satisfaction and corporate cohesion.Therefore,the research of employee satisfaction survey for a business development has a very important strategic significance.This paper investigates the employee satisfaction of NG companies,from the perspective of the employees,taking the employee's heart contract and organizational commitment as a breakthrough point.First of all,through the induction and reading of the existing literature,the relevant theoretical basis is analyzed and reviewed.And then examining the basic situation of NG companies and employee satisfaction status,on this basis,through questionnaires and data statistics to explore the main factors affecting employees satisfaction of NG companies.The results show that in NG companies,male employees 'job satisfaction is higher than female employees;unmarried employees' job satisfaction is higher than that of married employees;employee satisfaction increases with the increase of academic qualifications;employees at the age of 26~30 have the highest degree of satisfaction;the lower the working life,the higher the satisfaction;the higher level employee satisfaction is higher than the average employee satisfaction.In addition,this study further found that there is a significant positive correlation between employee satisfaction and organizational commitment and psychological contract.At the same time,organizational commitment and psychological contract also showed a positive trend.Finally,based on the conclusions of the above research,combined with the specific conditions of NG companies,this paper puts forward the improved methods and strategies for the problems existing in the process of employee satisfaction management so as to promote the sustainable and steady development of NG company.
