Project Management Application On Dealer Trainer Project

Dealer trainer project is to enhance dealer competence, writer's department is responsible for this work, I use much project management theory into my daily work and these theory from project management course. Though combination of theory and application, we want to find a good way for dealer trainer management project, thus the writer writes this master thesis.This thesis mainly covers project management and dealer trainer project, also including both sides combination, organizing and developing dealer trainer project Now I conduct training for dealer salesman, the trainer project is my main job. I find out lots of problems in the training work:initial we conduct the training to dealer salesmen directly, and the market developing fast, dealers size become bigger and bigger. We cannot cover all dealer salesmen, so we must develop dealers trainer. How to develop and set up dealer trainer team, how to manage them, all of these, we should give a solution. In this thesis, writer describes it in detail from trainer project set-up to trainer project preparation, carrying out and following up step by step.Using project management theory, such as project management definition, project management basic function, how to compose project plan, how to build project team and schedule control, quality control and risk control. Meantime writer also uses some project management method for project schedule plan, network table, and about financing knowledge for project cost. All of those make trainer project not only stay on the company operating level, but also make trainer project develops a kit theory system which can be operated and copied. Writer also composes some documents for trainers election, training contract, how to arrange suitable training plan, how to evaluate dealer trainers. The dealer trainers project as a whole project, such as trainer development, evaluation, weed out and following up. It is quite important for relative field for which come from project management and apply for daily work.Meantime this thesis also describes some successful cases and some failure cases. These cases make it clear?simple and rich for some definitions and concept.Thesis also describes lots of method and applications in writer daily work, such as 4 levels for dealer salesmen, set up 4 levels training courses, face to face training and no face to face training.Training plan and training status and some improvement.Specially for quality control, writer uses whole quality control, including project preparation, carrying out and following up. Every period the quality includes training condition, training courses trainer of outside and support issues.Risk management is a very important for project, I apply for risk management for evaluating the risk of dealer trainer project.This thesis has a whole dealer trainer project management system in the term of project management basic though, basic method.
