The Study On The Improvement Of Design Process By LDI

Established in January 1956, LDI is a national A-Level architectural design and engineering prospecting unit, which has developed into an engineering construction unit that provides comprehensive integrated services including complete excellent prospecting, advanced design methods, and consulting. With the varied marketing conditions and fierce competition in business, the practical problems containing quality, cost and process supervision in the architectural design projects have gradually emerged, thus seriously hindered the further development of the enterprise. This study has been conducted to pursue the solutions to the current problems in enterprise and further improvement in management and working efficiency in the enterprise.In this paper, firstly, introduce the process optimization theory and path dependence theory involved in the paper, take fishbone analysis method in the analysis of the three key problems which are Quality control failure, cost and schedule control in view of the whole design process with the problems existing in the links and nodes. Then diagnose the problems from the design process management, the structure of the design process, and the design process, introduce BIM into the suitability of the design process according to the result of diagnosis analysis, and then adjust the design process based on BIM LDI through the design process optimization scheme, which supplementthe lack of acceptance stage post-project evaluation summary link, eliminate excessive human factors in the design of the original estimate of quantities and the process of the design repeat and repeated modification. Increase total quality control in the process engineer to design quality control link, After analysis of the implementation of the whole project target, the effect, the influence and the role, summing up experience and lessons, it provides warning to the after project and factual basis for decision-making managers. This paper aims to realize the systemic coupling of the whole design process of cost control, information management, quality control and schedule control, and straighten out the logic flow order, get feedback information in time and make a decision accordingly in a standardized examination and monitoring. Finally provide thedesign process optimization scheme safeguards to ensure the smooth operation and effect of the design process scheme, developing management to promote benefit in the new enterprise development mode.
