The main force of Foton Engine Factory's manufacture cannot leave the rural workers. A large number of Employees departure affected seriously the further development of the enterprises, the sustainable development of the enterprise is facing strong pressure. Establishing a suitable and effective scheme becomes a key for Foton's development in healthy and high-speed way.Aimed at this problem, I do a research about departure reasons and countermeasures. I adopt research methods which are In combination with qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis method,field survey analysis method and literature research method to elaborate. Based on the research background, significance, research ideas, research contents, research methods and technical routes;Relevant theories and research overview; analysis of the current departure situation of Rural registered permanent residence staff; analysis of Investigate the causes of departure; countermeasures and Suggestions; Research summary and outlook with the six sections to elaborate the full text.
