This paper takes Hainan DaxinJuncheng Registered Tax Agent Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as DaxinJuncheng) as study object, uses a combination of theoretical analysis, literature analysis, qualitative analysis combined with quantitative analysis and adjustment method, and statistical analysis, based on the large Jun into the staff satisfaction survey, statistics, on the results of the analysis, the use of incentive theory research results of the existing staff, incentive problems existing in staff and its causes are analyzed and studied on the DaxinJuncheng, and then to solve the large DaxinJuncheng countermeasures, incentives for existing these problems on staff, then optimal design of staff incentive mechanism.Is divided into four parts in the thesis:the first part elaborates the background and significance of introducing the topic, a brief description of the relevant incentive theory research results, train of thought, method and content for the study of the topic are introduced; the second part according to Daxin Juncheng introduction and staff of the situation analysis, introduces the status of Daxin Juncheng the core staff of the incentive mechanism and the existing problems and its causes; the third part on the basis of this, the combined firm development present situation and the actual situation, proposed the incentive scheme optimization design of mechanism transformation, mainly from the salary, performance, spirit and introduction of major projects crowdfunding to solve existing problems; the fourth part through the system design within the company to ensure the timely development of incentive safeguards into employee motivation, the implementation of optimization solutions to provide guarantee for Daxin Juncheng. Mainly from the implementation process of the obstacles and the core staff excitation mechanism two aspects to discuss the implementation of safeguard measures.This article is in the collection of a large amount of data through investigation, on the basis of theoretical research, the use of reference for research related part of literature, statistics, data analysis concluded, but given the limited level, carry out investigation and research into the present situation of the employee motivation only on DaxinJuncheng, employee incentive problems of the enterprises in the same industry have to be further study.
