The Application Research Of Lean Production In Snowflake Beer Huarong Brewery

In order to survive and develop in the severe marketing environment, the breweries in China must continuously change and innovate their production management way. Based on the lean production theory and method, the current problems and characteristics of production system in Huarong Snowflakes brewery is analyzed by reviewing the literatures of board management, u-shaped line, concurrent engineering and total quality management theories. With production data collected and these theories used, this article constructs the implementation model of Huarong Snowflakes brewery lean production. Depending on the actual production data, the implementation model is evaluated from three respects:Labor productivity, the cost of beer and product qualified rate. In this paper, the main results are as follows:(1)Puts forward the view of applying Lean Production to the production system of Huarong snowflakes brewery.By using board management, u-shaped line, concurrent engineering and total quality management theories, on the one hand, it solved the problems in current production system, on the other hand, it improved production efficiency and reduce production cost, enhancing enterprise strength in market competition.(2)Initiate a precedent in applying concurrent engineering to develop beer.Raising of beer development method based on concurrent engineering, putting forward the concept that design stage is the key factors to the production cost and production efficiency. In order to control the design quality, make product design, process design, testing and packaging design proceed simultaneously can reduce the modifies, accelerate the process and reduce the production cost of design state.(3)Achieving the implementation innovation in total quality management.The total quality management mainly reflects in process-person liable-quality responsibility list, quality salary, quality knowledge institution. Process-person liable-quality responsibility list definitude quality liability; Quality salary has a simulative effect in quality control; Quality knowledge institution is conductive to solving problems and optimizing production technology.
