Employee silence is that employees are silent on the problems and suggestions related to work due to some reasons. In terms of individual employees, employee silence will bring personal pressure, bad mood, low job satisfaction, etc. These negative emotions will make employees have turnover intention, eventually lead to staff 's loss, which can increase the organization's human resource cost. As a result, employee silence has attracted great attention of enterprise managers. In theory, employee silence can lead to the generation of turnover intention. Whether there exists some kind of mechanism and what is the work of black box between employee silence and turnover intention? These problems still need to study. Therefore, this paper attempts to introduce a moderate variable of psychological safety, through the analysis of the mechanism of employee silence on turnover intention in the Chinese context, hoping to provide a new perspective for the theory of employee silence, and enrich and expand the theory of turnover intention to some extent.This paper based on a large number of reading related literature, adopted the prevailing academic recognition dimensions and widely used scales to analyse the relationship between employee silence, psychological safety and turnover intention. In addition, this paper adopted questionnaire survey to collect the sample data, using SPSS21.0 statistics analysis software, adopted description analysis, reliability and validity ananlysis, T-test analysis and One-way ANOVA analysis and correlation analysis, linear regression equation methods, and verified the model and assumptions. The results show that: Employee silence can well positive predict turnover intention. At the same time, acquiescence silence, disregardful silence and defensive silence have a significant negative effect on turnover intention. Employee silence and the dimensions have negative effect on psychological safety. Psychological safety has a significant negative effect on turnover intention. Psychological safety partly mediated in the relationship between the employee silence and turnover intention.This article based on the perspective of the psychological safety, empirical analysis the relationship between the employee silence, psychological safety and turnover intention. The research revealed the inherent mechanisms of employee silence to turnover intention. Not only inrich and expand the research on employee silence and turnover intention, making up the lack of empirical researches in this area, but also expand and deepen the internal cognition of them. The result of this article has a certain practical guiding significance.
