With the advent of the Knowledge Economy, company's competition is eventually the competition of persons with ability. As the change of employees'notion about occupation, the labor turnover problem becomes more and more popular at nowadays. And meanwhile, the research on the labor turnover problem is focused on by the officers of the Human Resource Management. Furthermore, the problem acts distinctly in the private enterprise, and so the related research is necessary. The labor turnover problem, especially the abnormal, not only increases the cost of investment in human capital, but reduces the enterprise's performance. Therefore, as the manager of our enterprise, we must know the factor of labor turnover problem before adopting measures to reduce the rate of labor turnover.The research on the labor turnover problem is to seek the explanatory variable for the labor turnover problem, grasp the discipline of labor turnover, and look for strategy to reduce the rate of labor turnover. The present researches mainly center on the influencing factor of labor turnover, but neglect the effect of the moderator variable in the process of labor turnover.This passage bases on the model of Price-Mueller (2000), and accepts the definition of control variable, structured variable and environment variable. Addition, we lead the moderator variable to the model creatively. This research feels like by the methods of interview, questionnaire survey and statistical analysis by the software of spssl6.0. This paper employs hierarchical regression to investigate the power of structural and environment variables and interactions of a new variable, psychological ownership factors, and structural-environment variables in the model of Price-Mueller (2000). The findings include:1. Fairness in Distribution, Promotional Chance, Rountinization, Internal Support, and Outer Career Opportunities explained labor turnover intention significantly. 2. Interaction terms between psychological ownership factors and procedure justice, remuneration and promotional chance exhibited significant effects in the regression.This paper raises several advices to promote the practical management, combining the study results, in the conclusions section. These advices will help our organization reduce the rate of labor turnover and keep stable development.
