Performance evaluation index system as the core content of performance management, is the carrier of implement and support business strategy, establish a scientific and practical index system of performance evaluation is the SP group to carry out the performance management work must first solve the problem. SP group existing performance goal is not clear, current performance system combined with enterprise strategy, the lack of assessment system, and many other problems in the system, based on this, the innovation strategy oriented, systematic analysis of the SP group performance management present situation, determine the index system of staff performance, for SP group to achieve the goal of "the one hundred- year- old" development has important practical and significance.This dissertation settled related literature on performance management, the causes of the problems existing in the SP group, detailed analysis and development environment, using the SWOT method to analyze the SP group development goals, determine the group performance goals, and on this basis, the SP group headquarters staff in classification and determine the performance evaluation index system structure; This dissertation designed SP group class A and class B and class C personnel performance evaluation index system in A, B, C three kinds of staff responsibilities and job analysis are described in detail, on the basis of the grey correlation analysis, screening of different types of staff performance evaluation content system; In the content system design, on the basis of detailed description scope of three kinds of index of staff in the SP group, and set up three kinds of staff performance indicators system; Invite relevant experts, hierarchical analysis method is adopted to define the SP group headquarters office work A, B, C three kinds of staff performance evaluation system of weights and improve the SP group is scientific and operational staff performance appraisal work.In this dissertation, the SP group headquarters staff performance evaluation index system of research, improve the level of the SP group performance management, met the SP group, the actual demand for human resources management, ensure the implementation of the group's overall strategic objectives.
