The first group-buying website,MT group formally established in 2010 in our country.Network group buying market in our country had entered the phase of market integration in five years. For this emerging industry, there are many problems that need to be solved. During this period, many poorly run groupbuying facing the fate of being eliminated by the market. Facing the market integration, MT group must be aimed at the problems existing in the market for the design of marketing strategies to occupy the market leading position.This article takes the MT group purchase website as the research object, and systematically studies the marketing strategy of the group buying website. First, using the PEST analysis method and Potter model analysis MT group’s marketing environment from two aspects of macro and micro. This article points out the main problems existing in the network group buying market in china. Then analysis and designs the MT Group buy site’s marketing strategy from the commodity strategy, price strategy, promotion strategy and service strategy. Finally, from the four aspects of commodity, price, promotion and service for the MT Group buy site marketing strategy to develop the implementation of the program, And provides a guarantee for the implementation of the marketing strategy for the MT Group buy site from four aspects of organizational structure, system construction, personnel security and service support.
