The Research On Policy-based Housing Pension Mechanism

The increasing velocity of elderly people is very speedy.It's forecasted that the number of old people will attain 400 million after 30 years,which means that our country will enter the super aging stage.At that time,the most important work of our country is to seek a new way to support the old age.As a new model of pension,housing pension is an effective complement to the social pension and family pension.However,due to the confinement of traditional Chinese thought,the imperfect environment of the legal policy of housing endowment,and its imperfect operating mechanism and so on,it is difficult to practice housing pension.Policy-based housing pension can be appropriate to ease the pressure.The biggest difference with the ordinary housing endowment is that the policy-based housing pension is put forward according to ownership of policy-based house.The ownership of policy-based house will be incorporated into the housing pension system.It increases the scope of the promotion of housing pension and improves the success rate.And the object of China's government focused on solving the problem of pension and the policy-based housing pension is in coincidence.Therefore,the study of policy-based housing pension mechanism is the primary task to solve the pension problem.The policy-based housing pension is the center of discussion.It reviews the research status at home and abroad based on clearing the background and significance of policy-based housing pension.And it ensures the research content and research methods based on the background and significance.Secondly,the paper summarizes the implementation basis of policy-based housing pension based on the concept of relevant theory and investigation.It is found that the implementation basis includes residents' ideological bias and absence of relevant system.At last,policy-based housing pension mechanism is constructed by drawing lessons from the successful experience of Singapore.
