The Farmers' Income Level And The Income Structure Of Hainan Province Impact Analysis Of The Consumption Structure

Hainan is a big agricultural province, and its population of farmers are more than many other provinces. Optimize the farmers' consumption structure, expand the rural consumption market, and pull the farmers' consumption play a big role in the economic development of Hainan province. Among the many factors constraining consumption, income is the main factor. Taking farmers of Hainan province as the research object, this paper analyzes the impact of income on consumption structure from two angles:income levels and income structure. On this basis, combining the actual situation of Hainan province, it states policy suggestions to guide farmer reasonable consumption and optimizing the structure of farmers' consumption.Through net income of farmers, income structure, consumption structure of Hainan province in 2000-2014, this article respectively analyzes the change trend of those three, the net income is increasing year by year but it's still below the national average income of farmers; Family business income proportion drops, and the proportion of salary income, income of metastatic is rising, meanwhile the change of property income is smaller than other changes; The propotion of housing, medical care, household equipment, and traffic communication increased, while the propotion of food, clothing, education and entertainment, and other goods decreased, which means survival-type consumption decreases, developing consumption increases, and enjoyable consumption basically remains unchanged.This research uses the linear regression model. The results show that the income level has a remarkable influence on the eight consumer spending but the influence degree is different. With the continuous improvement of income level, the income of Hainan province's farmers will be mainly used in food, living and other necessity for living. Secondly, it will be used for development-oriented consumption like traffic, communication and health care. Income structure influence on the consumption structure is different, in survival consumption, family business income, wage income contributes to the survival consumption; In the developmental consumption, metastatic income contributes to the developmental consumption more, with family business income, property income, and wage income follow behind; enjoyable consumption, metastatic income contributes to the enjoyable consumption more, with salary income follows behind. In general, metastatic income contributes a lot to the consumption structure, with family business income and wage income follows behind.Optimize the farmers' consumption structure of Hainan province, promote the consumption structure to move to development-oriented and enjoyable consumption, mainly to improve metastatic income, a stable family business income and wage income. Finally puts forward relevant policy Suggestions.
