Study On Urbanization And The Circulation Of Rural Land Contract Management Rights

The circulation of rural land refers to the contact right of farmers to keep the hand and the behavior of transferring management right.This article is further defined as the circulation of the management right of the rural contracted land.The circulation of the contracted management right of rural land is an important part in the modernization construction.It plays an important role in realizing the scale management of agriculture and promoting the transfer of surplus labor force in rural areas.In recent years,China's rural contracted land management rights transfer has been further developed,its circulation mode is more abundant,its circulation is larger,it involves more extensive areas,its impact on economic development is more significant.Urbanization is a process of transformation from rural society to modern society,which is mainly based on secondary industry or tertiary industry.It is the inevitable result of the development of modernization.In the process of urbanization,construction of New Countryside and the transfer of surplus rural labor force to cities are closely related to the circulation of rural contracted land management rights.If the rural contracted land management rights transfer and the development of urbanization combined,complement each other,improve and develop with each other,will be more conducive to China's modernization.In this paper,I mainly use the method of quantitative research.We conducted a questionnaire survey of 600 migrant workers in Beijing,and coded,statistical and analysis of the collected 500 valid questionnaires.At the same time,we use literature research and theoretical analysis to carry on the auxiliary research.This paper puts forward the corresponding policy suggestions for the problems in the process of the circulation of the contracted land management right and urbanization.This thesis consists of six chapters: The first chapter Explains the research background,the research questions,the significance and innovation of the study,summarizes the relevant research at home and abroad,the definition of related concepts,and finally the research methods and applications of the theory are described in this paper;The second chapter studies the current situation of China's urbanization development and rural transfer population;The third chapter describes the characteristics of the circulation of rural contracted land management rights and the impact on the transfer of rural surplus labor force;The fourth chapter discusses the relationship between the circulation of rural contracted land management rights and the Urbanization;The fifth chapter explores the problems existing in the circulation of rural contracted land management rights and the development of urbanization;The sixth chapter is the summary of this paper which is divided into two aspects.On the one hand,the conclusion of this paper is briefly summarized,on the other hand,look forward to the future of the management right of rural contracted land circulation and the development of urbanization.Through the analysis of the existing research,the majority of scholars have studied the management right of rural contracted land and the urbanization separately.We transfer the rural surplus labor force as a link to study the management right of contracted land in rural areas and urbanization.In order to find ways to steadily promote the circulation of rural land contracted management rights,rural surplus labor transfer and urbanization.This is an innovative attempt of this paper.
