Research On Risk Management Of Housing Fund In Oil Field C

As everybody knows,whether the real estate can obtain a healthy development influences the social development stability to some certain degrees.Since 90's in last century,because the dominant position of market economy in our country has been fundamentally established,the housing market has been transferred from distribution system as welfare to monetization system which provides suitable conditions for the generation and development of housing fund system.The effective performance of housing fund system is favor of housing system reform on one side;on the other side it can promote the healthy and rapid development of real estate to some extent and provide guarantee for residents' basic housing requirements.In the meantime,the management system deficiencies of housing fund caused by economic development have become obvious day by day,therefore,all related departments need to pay much attention on this and carry out research and analysis on effective solutions.For oilfield enterprises,they are facing overall system reform.And the housing fund management system is of no exception.As a long-term housing reserve fund,while housing fund stably carries out all related businesses,it is also required to strengthen its internal controls.This requires a more complete and reasonable internal risk prevention system being established.And following the continuous expansion of housing fund business scales and numbers of employees as well as substantial increase in loan amount and accumulative fund,it becomes more important in controlling internal system and carrying out risk prevention in housing fund.This paper first studies the background and significance generated by housing fund risk management in oilfield enterprises and then gives detailed statement of research status related to housing fund management in domestic and abroad.Then it concludes and analyzes theories relevant to housing fund management and discusses the present situations and existing problems of housing fund risk management in C oilfield.On this basis,this paper attempts to design and construct the housing fund risk management system of C oilfield and analyzes the feasibility and specific implementation steps of this system.At last this paper proposes some suggestions on how to guarantee the smooth implementation of housing fund risk management in C oilfield in order to promote the more perfect and healthy housing fund risk management system to be established in similar oilfield enterprises as well as further perfection and development of housing fund risk management system which will lay a firm foundation for our country's housing fund system and long-term development of real estate.
