Research On Digital City Management In Jinan Based On Big Data Technology

Since twenty-first Century,Chinese urbanization has shown a trend of accelerated development.Cities have become the primary sectors of living.Urban management,as an essential part of national governance,is a key starting point and a foothold in promoting the modernization of national governance.It directly reflects the quality of governance capability in a country.Accelerating the modernization of urban management is a challenging task for municipal governments.Management using digital platforms proves to be a better alternative to the old fashion that is passive,inefficient and extensive.It also provide a solution of active,efficient and detailed city management.The rapidly development of mobile devices could compute and Internet of things reender big data that introduces both opportunities and challenges to city management.While big data bring tremendous potential to urban management may achieve,grasping opportunities and resolving challenges remain to be the key to city management innovation.The research object of this thesis is the big data application in digital city management of Jinan.The thesis is expected to provide pragmatic advices accordingly.This thesis is based on comprehensive comparative analysis,logical deduction,case studies,and literature research on both the current states and the existing problems of digital city management of Jinan.After the analysis of big data technology in the application of digital city management in Jinan,the new application of ideas and the optimization scheme of the large data applications in the digital city management are provided.According to the thesis,the absence of independent and integrated central command mechanism leads to the inefficient and ineffective supervision and assessment in the two levels of digital urban management system.Further,the incumbent digital city management system fails to follow the principle of separation of supervision,resulting in both of the partial realization of the potent of the management system and the limited sources for data collection.Thirdly,the inequality and inconsistency in the existing digital city management system hurdles data sharing.Last but not least,the digital city management system was commissioned years ago.Its framework could hardly meet the current demands for the utilization of data with the advanced level of automation.Scheme of digital city management to solve the problem through the application of big data firstly is the to build a cloud data center.Cloud data center establishment can set a comprehensive management and allocation of resources can be achieved,such that the user is able to drive business applications,unified resource scheduling,bring to enhance system efficiency,scalability and management.Secondly,through data analysis,data analysis department can make a regularly corresponding data analysis report to business departments.The relevance of some data and business that found in the data analysis process,and business data analysis based on the results improve the evaluation mechanism.Thirdly,through the use of GIS technology,the integration of GIS data existing in the digital city management system,and centralized management in new geographic information management system can improve the intelligence degree of digital management.Finally,the use of networking,GPS technology,adopt various methods,such as remote control,real time positioning can build a scientific and reasonable,high running efficient systm.There are no loopholes and integrated command and control system is easy to use and coordinate with different departments of the action,the first time to grasp the distribution of peripheral resources,to enrich the information the source of acquisition.The key is to grasp the solution from the whole of Jinan big data applications in the digital city management,in order to achieve big data to effectively enhance the Jinan digital city management technology,to promote better big data application in city management,improve the management level of Jinan Digital City,promote the development of Jinan digital city management.In this thesis,because of the shortage in professional knowledge,and lack of other aspects of the understanding of digital city management,there are certain one sidedness in the solution,which is the inadequacy of this.Finally,the application of big data technology in the digital city management is not only technological innovation,but the innovation of social governance mode.How to play the role of big data,we need to accelerate the research from the application level,Standard Specification for the formation of large data applications and services guidelines to promote the healthy development of big data.How to combine the digital city management with the big data needs further study and exploration.
