With the sustaining expansion of the construction engineering scale, engineering technology and internationalization gradually increasing, petrochemical enterprise in China is moving toward large-scale, clean, integration and intelligence rapidly. It is difficult to harmonize for the each participant of construction project which is characterized by inter-regional. Traditional project management cannot satisfy the requirement of large project management in project quality and progress control. The importance of intelligent management has become increasingly prominent.By application of computer, telecommunication and network technologies, digital management can realize the function of plan, organization, coordination and service innovation, improve the overall coordination of the system and the efficiency of production and operation management, which happened frequently in project management. Therefore, digital management is the trend of project management method in engineering company.For overcoming the disadvantages of traditional management in S engineering company, this paper described the scheme of implementation digital management and further improvement plan. Meanwhile, the possible difficulty and risk were summarized during implying digital management. |
