Machinery Manufacturing Industry is the foundation of the National Economy, which also effects the national economy and people's livelihood. It can represent the development level of defense forces and also can be developed from innovation of the science and technology. Machinery Manufacturing Industrial Revolution originated in Europe, especially in Germany who is at the top of the world manufacturing level. It cared good quality and the best technology with its long history till now. Since the reform and development in the 70 s, foreign investment is introduced by China, which can learning not only advanced technology and manufacturing skills of the world, but also the advanced enterprise management mode. After 30 years of development, China's machinery industry got a profound long-term development. In contrast, multinational enterprises in China, due to the financial crisis of 2008 and the European and American countries during the great depression, the Chinese economy was forced to suffer, and then the market is tightening. Multinational companies are faced with the embarrassment of problems. We have to face that we continue to invest or withdraw the money. Now, it is a critical time to make a decision for the multinational company.Originated from the United States GE Matrix and Enterprise Competition Nine force analysis method are good analyzed tools to the enterprise present situation and competitiveness. Combining both, from the internal and external of the enterprise competitiveness, internal resources from the enterprise power, executive power, decision-making, integration, and external to the enterprise brand, product forces, research and development, manufacturing, marketing force one by one analysis, used ranking method and mark it, will result in the form of GE matrix. We can make the enterprise overall competitiveness to be clarified. The top managers can make decision according to it. It can be changed from inside to outside. Not only for Z company, but also for the foreign manufacturing investment in China now and then it can be found a compatible company's marketing strategy.
