After Sanlu milk powder incident, the consumer dairy industry, consumer confidence fall in dairy business ethics, giving rise to the entire dairy industry, and even the entire food industry crisis. Facing such a situation, companies must do their best to restore consumer confidence. How can we raise consumer spending and confidence, to understand the consumer's attitude became a problem the dairy industry must address. It is precisely because corporate marketing strategy is the enterprise made a concrete manifestation of the measures, this paper focus on the dairy industry, the post-crisis marketing strategy, implemented after the crisis to collect their marketing strategy, summed up its strategy of a type, focused on different categories of consumers attitude of the reaction of various types of marketing strategy and then to explore the correlation between them, and further to understand the effectiveness of various marketing strategies for the future crisis of enterprises to adopt effective marketing strategies to provide factual support.First, on the basis of previous studies and the crisis of corporate marketing and consumer spending manner described, and then to collect the post-crisis crisis in dairy industries and enterprises which marketing strategies. Try to classify marketing strategy of the enterprise for crisis. Then by dairy industry as an example to study, collect the corresponding marketing strategy to develop the questionnaire, the results were a simple statistical analysis to explore the various types of post-crisis corporate marketing strategies on the impact of consumer attitudes to define its effective sex, presents the corresponding conclusions.
