With the increasing emphasis on new employee training, practically needs to build a comprehensive、systematic induction training effect evaluation system is more and more urgent. Recently, China’s enterprises lack a set of systematic、 practical induction training effect evaluation index system, leading to problems of induction training effect evaluation work is difficult to carry out and evaluate the results are not accurate and so on. This paper takes this as a starting point, select new staff induction training as the research object, trying to establish a set of practical, operational new staff induction training effect evaluation index system, in order to solve the problems of evaluation of enterprise training effect is difficult, not accurate, not scientific, and so on, to provide decision basis for business management decisions, promote enterprise new employee training effect, improve business performance.This study adopts a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods. First of all, review and summarize the relevant theory of training effect evaluation and model, by comparing the correlation model, preliminary summary 32 indicators. Secondly, based on 32 indicators on the preliminary screening, through index discriminability analysis and correlation analysis, excluding the 3 discrete coefficient lower index and 7 for the training goal is not significant index, eventually formed the induction training effect evaluation index system which composed of 22 indicators. In order to build a complete index system, through factor analysis, the formation of 6 first grade indexes; in order to enhance the index system practicability and maneuverability, normalized by the characteristics of the value, to determine the corresponding weight for each index.Then for the practical test of index system, this study picked a business orientation, analysis the enterprise training effect. Finally, reviews the research achievements and deficiency of this paper, and according to the limitations to propose future research direction.
