The Interactive Fusion System Of Equipment Manufacturing Industry And Producer Service Analysis And Construction

Equipment manufacturing industry is the basic industry in the national economy,which can provide the equipment support for the social and economic activities and is the foundation of social and economic comprehensive strength.Today,with the development of economic globalization,equipment manufacturing industry needs to be integrated with others in the form of "equipment + service",so as to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of the enterprise products.However,the development of the equipment manufacturing industry needs to be supported by manufacture-related service industry.Therefore,the interactive fusion system of equipment manufacturing industry and manufacture-related service industry has become a new trend of economic development.To construct a scientific and reasonable equipment manufacturing industry and manufacture-related service industry interactive fusion system is a necessary condition to ensure the two major industries to be integrated effectively,which can improve the organizational relationship of the two major industries,create a good external environment and promote the interactive fusion of the two major industries to be efficient and correct.On this premise,this paper has arranged the related research literature on the two major industries and concluded that the philosophical motivation of the fusion of two industries was the market demand,technological innovation and market competition,and also analyzed the fusion process.This paper has confirmed that the internal factors of interactive fusion system were the equipment manufacturing industry and manufacture-related service industry as well,which has quantitatively analyzed the external factors of interactive fusion system were economic environment factor,technical environment factor,policy environment factor,assistive resource factor,and this paper has believed that the interaction fusion system was influenced by internal and external environment factors.According to the analysis on the system,combining with the aim and function of the system,this paper has analyzed the system structure of the interactive fusion system from three aspects,such as horizontal interface,vertical interface and cross-level interface.The equipment manufacturing industry and manufacture-related service industry interactive fusion system takes the equipment manufacturing industry as the center,which is a complex network structure linked by multiple factors,with complexity,expanding,hierarchical and self-organizing and other characteristics.According to the above analysis results,this paper has designed the operation mode and operation process of the interactive fusion system and has established the theoretical system to promote the interactive fusion of the two industries,and has put forward countermeasures and suggestions for orderly operation of the maintenance system,and has made empirical analysis for the development of equipment manufacturing industry and manufacture-related service industry in Jilin Province.
