Research On The Agricultural Leading Enterprises Management Under The New Normal

The development of agricultural industry can not do without the development of agricultural enterprises. Based on the relevant theories of enterprise management, this thesis aims to study how should the management of the agricultural leading enterprises under the "new normal" mode change to adapt to the "new normal" mode, thus gaining the competitive advantage and development advantage. Through literature research, on-the-spot interview and investigation method, comparison method, questionnaire survey method and other research methods, the thesis focuses on the T agricultural leading enterprise and gives a comprehensive analysis of the transformation and upgrading of the external competition environment and internal needs of T agriculture leading enterprise under "new normal", including the competitive landscape that the present domestic agricultural enterprises, especially the agricultural leading enterprises are facing, the industry status that the enterprise of T and its similar agricultural enterprises are in, strengths and weaknesses of their operation and management and the opportunities and challenges the enterprise of T are facing. According to the status of the current operation and management of T, the thesis gives reasonable suggestions to the future direction of the transformation and upgrading. Based on the current business environment of most agricultural enterprises throughout the country, together with the pull function on the town domain economy by agricultural enterprises, the thesis put forward that in terms of operation and management, how the T enterprise should change its focus and industry layout, etc.This thesis consists of five chapters. It mainly studies three questions: Firstly, it gives the theoretical analysis of agriculture leading enterprise management. The agricultural modernization cannot be separated with the industrialization of agriculture, and the agricultural industrialization cannot develop without the the development of agricultural leading enterprises. The thesis does a concrete research on the operation and management of agricultural leading enterprises on the basis of enterprise management. The research assumes that the agricultural leading enterprises play a great role in driving the development of the agricultural industry and has the particularity of agriculture in the meantime, thus causing inadequate attention of the related management in agricultural enterprises. Secondly, it analyzes the main problems and causes existing in the management of T agriculture leading enterprise. T agricultural leading enterprise is analyzed in detail and the causes of these problems are also analyzed in this part. Through interview and questionnaire survey, with the collected data and the organized information, it reveals the main problems existing in the T agricultural leading enterprise, namely, it did not set up their own enterprise culture; There are problems in the human resources management system of the enterprise from choosing the candidates, fostering the talents to motivating the employees; Problems also exist in fund-raising, investment and allocation of the enterprise financial management; And the production management technology of the enterprise lags behind. The cause of these problems is mainly in the neglect of T agriculture leading enterprise management to the importance of enterprise management. It does not use the modern management on the enterprise, and many problems of T agricultural leading enterprises appear with the particularity of agricultural enterprises. Thirdly, it studies the strategies to improve T agricultural management. Based on the analysis of the causes, this thesis puts forward some countermeasures to improve T agriculture leading enterprise from four points: to set up their own enterprise culture; to improve their human resources management system; to cultivate their own financial management talent team; to set up their own production management technical team.
