The Study On The Bill Business Risk Management Of Z Bank Jiangxi Branch In China' New Normal

The development of bill market has played a very important role in completing the transmission mechanism of monetary policy, improving the assets structure of commercial banks, boarding the financing channels and so on. However, there are many problems of bill business have been found out in the commercial banks' daily practice. These problems restrict the expansion and development of the bills business. At the same time, as China's economy turn into the new normal, the pressure of macro-economic and the credit risk of the bill market increases gradually. As the amount of trading in the bill market expand a lot, the operation risk also showed a trend of more. And as government take more measures to increase the financial innovation, compliance risk and fraud risk of the bill products exposed gradually.This paper took the Z Bank Jiangxi Branch's bill business as a specific object to study. With studying the theories of bill risk by scholars at home and abroad, the author pointed out the problems in the bill risk management, including the management technology, product risk classification, business operations, pricing policy, the loan risk management and the risk reporting system. Then the author analyzed the causes and put forward the optimization of Z bank's bill business risk management. The optimizing strategies have four sides: building the bill risk management system and the measures in credit risk management, operational risk management, policy and interest rate risk management.This paper not only resolved the problems in the bill risk management of Z Bank Jiangxi Branch,but also improve the bank's risk management level and market competitiveness. In addition, the conclusions of the paper can also provide a reference for other commercial bank in bill business risk management.
