Research On Risk Management Of Bill Business Of Bank A's Hohhot Branch

The bill market,the first financial market sub-market after China's reform and opening up,has become an important part of China's financial market system.With the development of the market,especially the function of Bill has evolved from traditional payment and settlement tool to payment,financing,trading instrument,some problems and risks are also emerging as well.Before and after 2016,the bill market exposed a series of chaos and major risk events,which had a great impact on the development of the market.Since 2016,the Office of China Banking Regulatory Commission(CBRC),The People's Bank Of China(PBOC)and CBRC have issued a series of important regulatory documents,that putting forward higher requirements for compliance with the Bill business of commercial banks.Based on the above macro and industry background,how to carry on the effective risk management to the Bill business and ensure the healthy and orderly development of the Bill business has become the primary task of the commercial banks.As a urban commercial bank,Hohhot Branch of A Bank's Bill business scale has a growing trend,therefore,how to find the balance between Bill business development and risk management has practical operational significance,it also has guiding significance to the Bill business risk management of other Chinese commercial banks.This paper introduces the literature analysis method,the normative analysis and the empirical analysis research method,selects the Hohhot Branch of A Bank'sBill business risk management situation as the research object to carry on the research.Combing the Bill related documents policy,this paper mainly analyzes the current situation of the bank's business,the four kinds of risks existing in the Bill business and the current situation of the risk management,and finally sums up the questions about the existence of the bank'sBill business risk management the cause of the problem.Finally,based on the above analysis,this paper proposes the risk management suggestions of Hohhot Branch of A Bank's Bill business and suggestions.
