With global warming, resource consumption and serious problems have become increasingly prominent, low-carbon economy has become the new growth point of world economy,which is widely recognized by the community. Corporate culture is one of the core competitiveness of enterprises, Corporate culture's good building is strong internal impetus to all aspects of the development of enterprises, therefore,it has attracted the attention of corporate managers. The influence of corporate culture on enterprise performance has been recognized by people, and its effect on corporate performance is not easier to imitate than other factors(such as business strategy,technology, etc.). However, the content of enterprise culture is not a constant, it must adapt to the development of the times, and it must carry on effective improvement according to the internal and external environment and business situation changes and other factors. In the era of low carbon economy, people have given a lot of attention to the global warming and expressed their views about energy consumption,emission reduction and other issues related to global warming.According to the survey,consumers in product quality equivalent will tend to buy products of low energy consumption.Therefore, enterprises need to strengthen the construction of new enterprise culture which have added the “low carbon”into it,it is because of the change of consumers' attitude and the economic policy.The action can impel the enterprise pay more attention to the R&D and innovation,get good reputation, win the initiative in competition and maintain a long-term effective development.The main research content of this paper is the relationship between corporate culture and corporate performance,the corporate culture's measurement dimensions which are based on the former scholars' material culture,spiritual culture,behavior culture and system culture,and in the four levels of measurements we put the low carbon into it,so it formed evaluation system under the back ground of low carbon economy.Enterprise performance measurement is based on the foreign scholars mature scale,which consider the two aspects of growth and profit of enterprises.The paper constructs the theoretical model by combining the corporate culture and corporate performance,and put forward the corresponding assumptions for the model,discusses the influence of the four levels of corporate culture on enterprise performance through the SPSS software. Eventually we concluded that enterpriseculture and four levels of it has positive effect on corporate performance under the background of low carbon economy. According to the research conclusion of this article, under the background of low carbon economy, the enterprise must strengthen the construction of enterprise culture, which can improve the enterprise's performance.Also it can help enterprises to build corporate culture in a new way under the low carbon background,such as take the low carbon environmental protection concept into the four levels of corporate culture, enterprises in the practice of low carbon behavior is a manifestation of social responsibility, and it is of positive significance to the long-term development of the enterprise.
