The Research On The Performance Evaluation Of Car Manufacturing Enterprise Under Low Carbon Economy

After the agricultural revolution, industrial revolution and information revolution, the low carbon economy is the occurrence of new revolution wave, in the world economy range. Low carbon economy has become the main characteristics of the industrial civilization to the ecological civilization transition. It becomes mainstream mode of future social economic development and people’s quality of life improved. Automobile manufacturing enterprise as an important part of the national economy, the country gives it to enjoy the preferential policy. It also should assume certain social responsibility. Health, stability and development of automobile manufacturing enterprise have great influence to the national economy.In this paper, it summarized the performance evaluation index system at home and abroad, and based on it, the author analyzed the influence of low carbon economy for automobile manufacturing enterprise and the development of performance evaluation. Summarized the shortcomings of the traditional evaluation system, detailed the evaluation method shortcomings. At the same time, it as a starting point to construct the new index system. On the basis of traditional index, it added evaluation index of low carbon environmental protection. Meanwhile, it combined with the characteristics of the automobile manufacturing enterprises, and designed peculiar indexes. The index system increased the evalution of index regarding to the low carbon enviromental protection. At the same time, it designed the evaluation indexes for the automobile manufacturing enterprise, which made up for eachother with traditional index. Then it constructed the comprehensive performance evaluation index system. In this paper, according to the evaluation index of the important different degrees, the authors constructed judgment matrix. Use analytic hierarchy process to constitute a performance evaluation model automobile manufacturing, and evaluating fuzzily the results. Finally through empirical analysis, comprehensive performance evaluation to automobile manufacturing enterprise of A, and the evaluation result was demonstrated.At present, there had no unified performance evaluation system about automobile manufacturing enterprise in low carbon economy in the international, and the evaluation method that combin China’s environmental accounting theory with enterprise environmental performance developed slowly, unable to provide standard and practice instruction for automobile manufacturers in the environmental protection, so that the study of this field had become very urgent and necessary. This paper made research on automobile manufacturing in low carbon economy using performance evaluation theory, hoping to come up with some constructive suggestions for automobile manufacturing enterprise in low carbon economy, which would provide theoretical basis for the comprehensive performance evaluation of our automobile manufacturing enterprise.
