With the rapid development of network economy, network application has become an indispensable part of people's life. Network marketing as a new marketing mode, its production and development is based on the development of network technology. This paper mainly studies the development of tourism real estate enterprises in the development of the network technology, the consumer's personalized needs and the actual situation of the enterprise itself, the choice and evaluation of the network marketing model. Through the analysis of the characteristics of the network marketing mode, in order to find the business marketing activities to achieve the desired objectives.First of all, the research status of network marketing at home and abroad is analyzed, and the purpose and significance of this research is clear. More systematic analysis of the characteristics of the network marketing, the network marketing model for this paper to provide an adequate basis.Secondly, through domestic and foreign research status of network marketing analysis, marketing model, network marketing model, real estate network marketing model and tourism real estate related concepts, the system of network marketing theory, to provide a theoretical basis for the selection and evaluation of tourism real estate projects online marketing model.Then, analyze the influence factors of network marketing and network marketing model definition and characteristics, analyze the applicability of these network marketing model for tourism real estate enterprises. On the basis of analyzing the influencing factors of network marketing and network marketing model, the evaluation index system is constructed, and the comprehensive evaluation method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and entropy weight method is determined.Finally, for tourism, real estate enterprises, the network marketing model were empirical research, through the evaluation results of the benefits of network marketing of Loncin, Oliveros Valley Tourism real estate projects, to enable enterprises to to take appropriate measures to enhance and improve the operation efficiency of enterprises rate.
