Study On The Operation Management Of Changsha Subway Crew

With the continuous development of the domestic iron wire network,urban residents have put forward strict requirements for the safe transportation of the subway.As the "leader" system of the whole subway,its operation and management service is directly related to the safety and stability of subway transportation.Changsha Metro is developing rapidly towards the trend of networking and multi line operation,which is a severe test for Changsha Metro crew management team.Therefore,for the systematic study of the Changsha subway operation management in order to achieve the sustainable development of Changsha subway,it will become an urgent task for the Changsha subway to be studied.This paper,taking the Changsha subway system as the research object,combined with the data report on the safety operation of the 2015-2017 long sand subway line 2 and the survey on the internal training status of the Changsha subway vehicle department,and the questionnaire survey on the internal training requirement analysis of the Changsha subway station,systematically studies the present situation of the operation management of the subway in Changsha,and analyzes and concludes the multiplication service.Five aspects,including safety management,crew training system,crew standardization operation,crew rules and regulations,new line crew preparation,etc.Through comprehensive analysis,we can get the problems that need to be optimized in the above operation management and analyze the reasons.In view of the above problems,through literature review,field investigation,questionnaire survey and comparison of main Metro City Management Modes in China,effective and feasible suggestions are put forward which are in line with the actual situation of Changsha Metro.The specific optimization strategies are summarized as follows: first,the optimization of crew safety management: strengthening the concept of safety production and improving the safety quality of the whole staff;using hardware and software facilities to consolidate the safety of the whole business;designing reasonable promotion channels and optimizing post staffing.Second,crew training system optimization: improve Changsha Metro crew training management mechanism;feasibility of implementation of the subway crew training management proposal;thinking big data applications,build data intelligent training system;third,optimize the crew standard operation: strict implementation of driver operation process standardization;standardization and standardization of personnel training management;8S strict implementation of standardized management system;fourth,optimize the regulations: the regulations system construction crew text standardization;strictly regulate the ledger management;the introduction of performance management,reward and punishment of distribution according to work;people-oriented,outstanding masters of their status;fifth,the new flight optimization: new operation mode for the preparatory should tend to standardization;the new preparatory operations personnel reserve should be forward-looking;new operational preparations should pay attention to the experience;systematization of new line operation preparation.In general,in view of the existing Changsha subway crew operation management problems in line with the objective of the proposal,the subway crew management to avoid the risk in the specific management process,has a positive significance for passengers to provide safe,reliable travel service.
