| Along with the change of economic environment,the development of the government,and the diversity of the employees,the demand of the modern management is becoming more and more urgent.Performance appraisal,as an important way to improve the enterprise benefit,is more and more valued by many institutions.There are so many problems in the current local government performance appraisal that the enterprise must emphasize on it and establish a scientific system to solve the problem.In the future,performance evaluation of the departments of local government will be more reasonable so as to provide protection for the government to achieve strategic objectives.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a set of scientific complete performance management system.How to establish a scientific and effective performance management system has become an issue that many governments are deeply thinking about.Taking the H enterprise as the research subject,the paper analyzes the problems in its management system,and discusses the optimization scheme of the implementation of the performance management system.In this paper,first of all,it introduces the background of the subject,the purpose and meaning of the research,and current situation of the foreign and domestic performance management system.Secondly,through on-the-spot investigation and case analysis on H enterprise,the paper discovers the existing main problems.Through the qualitative and quantitative analysis,the paper combs the reasons behind,guiding the direction for the optimization of performance system of H enterprise.Thirdly,based on field survey and case analysis,the paper deeply analyzes the problem and finds the way for the optimization of performance appraisal system,which is the combination of various assessment methods that mainly include the target management,balanced scorecard method,KPI method and 360 degree performance appraisal method.Finally,the main application of H survey team performance appraisal system after optimization assessment and implementation of security are described and demonstrated in detail,and the application of evaluation results of H survey team performance appraisal system and perfect in detail in this paper.Including the use of performance appraisal improvement plan result is more suitable for the need of H survey team to improve the situation at present. |
