With the development of social economy,the competition of enterprises has gradually turned to the competition of talents,and scientific human resources management is an important factor in the construction of enterprise talent team.As one of the important contents of human resource management,performance system has a vital influence on talent competition.Based on the study of the performance appraisal system of HB Science and Technology Co.,Ltd.and its own development mode and speed,this paper optimizes the performance appraisal scheme for HB Science and Technology Co.,Ltd.and formulates a corresponding verification system for the company's performance,expecting to strengthen the human resource management system of the enterprise.In the first part of this paper,the background,research significance and current situation of human resource management at home and abroad are introduced.In the second part,aiming at the concept and principle of talent performance appraisal,the method of talent performance appraisal in accordance with HB Science and Technology Company is formulated.The third part is the introduction of HB technology company,the current situation of performance management,and the methods of employee performance evaluation and departmental evaluation.The fourth part aims at the problems of talent management in HB technology company,explores what should be done when the evaluation index is not qualified,and analyses the internal and external causes of the problems.The fifth part is to analyze and sort out the problems and shortcomings in employee performance appraisal,so as to put forward feasible suggestions and schemes.The sixth part is about the problems of HB Science and Technology Co.,Ltd.to establish organizational and institutional safeguards.This paper hopes that according to the research and investigation of HB technology company,we can summarize the evaluation criteria of personnel performance of relevant private technology companies,and formulate the management methods in line with private high-tech enterprises.Faster development of high-tech technology,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
