With the advent of the era of knowledge economy,more and more modern companies and organizations have begun to adopt the performance model of organic combination of individual performance and collective performance.Many companies are actively exploring effective methods to improve enterprise performance by adjusting organizational structure and evaluation mechanism.Many researchers pointed out that performance management has become an important link in the process of enterprise development.The establishment of a performance appraisal system that conforms to the company’s situation and has high practical value is not only the fundamental guarantee for enterprises to achieve strategic objectives,but also an important way for enterprises to enhance their internal management capabilities.This paper takes HR inspection and testing company as the research object,analyzes the shortcomings of the performance management of HR inspection and testing company by using the relevant theories of performance management,and then puts forward the corresponding optimization scheme to enhance the core competitiveness of HR inspection and testing company and improve the market competitiveness of HR inspection and testing company.Based on this,this paper adopts the combination of questionnaire survey and literature analysis,combined with the characteristics of the testing industry,and finds out the problems in the current performance management of HR testing companies through analysis.This paper develops a more scientific new performance evaluation scheme from the four dimensions of performance management goal decomposition,process management and control,specific implementation of performance evaluation,and later improvement,combined with the internal characteristics of HR testing companies.After the implementation of the new scheme,the performance of HR testing companies has been significantly improved,which has played a huge role in promoting business standardization and gradually realizing the strategic objectives of enterprise development,and also provides a useful reference for other enterprises to improve performance management.
