Sales logistics system can come into direct contact with customers,can be directly facing the customer demand,to obtain first-hand market information and customer information,thus to enterprise's production,storage,sales and customer service have a far-reaching impact,if there is a block with the enterprise sales logistics may product accumulation and slow-moving situation happens;may also because of improper sales logistics arrangement,resulting in product out of stock in the market,to meet customer needs.Therefore,the enterprise's logistics system function will be affected by the performance of the sales logistics,which affect the transfer of the product value,it cannot bring profit and benefit for the enterprise.Therefore,in the current economic environment,for the enterprise's sales logistics system research,enterprise needs to give enough attention.In this paper,the J group's sales logistics system is seen as the research object,from the theoretical elaboration,analysis problems,the necessity of coordination,as well as the coordination of the content of the four layers of the J group,the collaborative development of the sales logistics research and exploration.Firstly,this thesis introduces the basic theory of the collaborative sales logistics system,and then introduces the development of J group,the industry environment and the operation mode of the logistics operation mode.Through the comprehensive and detailed analysis of the existing problems of the group's existing sales logistics system,the paper puts forward the necessity of the coordinated development of the group's sales logistics system.Finally,this paper studies the collaborative development of the group's sales logistics system with the effect.It aimed to improve the timely delivery rate,control sales logistics costs,improve customer satisfaction and sales logistics systems in four areas of specialized information logistics system to expand the company's sales effectiveness analysis,to improve the company's sales logistics operation efficiency,save logistics cost,and make the enterprises occupy the leading position in the industry by the four aspects of service object and scope,logistics network selection,product warehouse management and transportation management.
