With the sustained and rapid economic development and global integration,express delivery companies have achieved rapid development,and promote the rapid development of China’s economic development.Now with the rapid development of economy,China’s express industry is facing increasingly fierce competition,express service industry has occupied an important position in daily life.China is the world has a strong momentum of development of economic power,the courier industry has maintained a high growth rate.China’s express industry market is currently the status quo is the private courier,state-owned and foreign express delivery and the three giants competing fiercely competitive situation.Therefore in this super competitive environment through the express company to achieve a stable development,to overcome their own problems and the use of external environment for the development of strategic transformation is the main focus of this paper.Pass courier companies not only failed to foreign-funded enterprises strong economic and financial strength and there is no Chinese Postal EMS as a large comprehensive network advantages,to achieve sustained,healthy and stable development in the express market in the increasingly fierce competition,the urgent need for Tong express company strategic transformation.Through in the hyper competitive environment through express company strategic transformation research,this paper is divided into five chapters,respectively analysis of introduction,the courier industry development status and the status of the company,in the pass courier company strategic transformation reason analysis and strategic transformation strategy,strategic transformation and risk control.Among them : the first chapter is the introduction,the paper first analyzes the background,study the role played by the courier industry in the ultra competitive environment.The second chapter is the development status of the courier industry and the status quo of the company,including the development of express industry.After in the third chapter is through express company strategy transition motive analysis,is the main competition environment analysis,the factors and the feasibility analysis of the transformation strategy,competitive environment analysis includes macro environment analysis,SWOT analysis,in the analysis of feasibility,mainly expounds the feasibility of internal and external environment;the fourth chapter aims to pass courier company strategic transformation strategy,the main contents include strategic goals,strategy and implementation measures,and strategic transformation effect evaluation.The fifth chapter is about the risk and control of the strategic transformation of the express company,respectively,the various risks faced by the strategic transformation and analysis of the risks faced by what measures should be taken.
