Over the past two decades,China has relied on population and cost advantages to promote the transfer of global home appliance manufacturing to China.China has become a global appliance manufacturing center.In particular,domestic vacuum cleaner manufacturers are highly competitive,overcapacity,price war and product homogeneity.With the sharp rise in domestic raw material prices,the appreciation of Chinese Yuan,and the upgrading of domestic consumption,the domestic vacuum cleaner enterprises are seeking new path of development.This thesis mainly uses the theory and method of strategic management,taking A company as an example to discuss the direction and way of implementing the strategic transformation of vacuum cleaner enterprises.According to the actual situation of Company A,it is pointed out that its business strategy should be changed from "ODM production mainly to export orders" to "export orders and domestic brands",and can be divided into two stages to implement the strategy.At the same time,the thesis also put forward several aspects of the implementation of initiatives to ensure that A company's business strategy for the smooth transition,that is,enhancing the marketing team;changing gradually from ODM to customized development;upgrading the company's own brand awareness and professionalism;enriching the products lines;improving product performance and ensuring the quality of reliability;upgrading the product competitiveness;optimizing customer satisfaction by improving after-sales service and increasing all the resources to support the strategic transformation.
